We are based in Norwich, and cover the Norfolk and Suffolk area.

 

Services we provide:

Services include personal care such as dressing and undressing, bathing, washing, shaving, oral hygiene, toileting and continence requirements, support with medication including the application of creams.

We can help prepare meals and provide support with eating and drinking. We can carry out domestic duties such as laundry, ironing, dusting, cleaning, vacuuming and other duties as required.

We can perform shopping duties and escort service users to the post office for collecting pensions or paying bills, the GP's or social events such as bingo, outings or holidays.

People we can help

Families with children, children and adults with special needs such as learning and or physical disability, individuals with special communication needs, sensory loss, older people with complex health and care needs, individuals with terminal illness.

We can also help, individuals recovering from a stroke, with dementia, infectious or contagious diseases or individuals with mental health needs including those subject to guardianship and supervision order under the mental health act.

We can also help individuals requiring respite care at home following minor surgical procedures. Our services are available to all sections of the community including ethnic minorities and or religious groups.
